Shoppers Can Use Amazon Smile to Support EIA this Holiday Season

With the holidays approaching and online shopping sales expected to hit record highs, it’s a perfect time to use Amazon Smile to support EIA’s campaigning efforts around the world.

Amazon Smile is a feature of Amazon.com that allows shoppers to shop online throughout the year, not just during the holiday season, and select a charitable organization to receive a donation from eligible purchases at no additional cost to the shopper. The products, prices, and shipping options (including Amazon Prime) are the same as shopping at Amazon.com, plus shoppers can use existing Amazon.com accounts, including saved shipping and billing information. To use Amazon Smile, shoppers must visit smile.amazon.com and select a charitable organization to receive donations from eligible purchases. Amazon will remember the organization selection, which can be changed at any time. Currently, Amazon Smile has over one million eligible organizations to choose from and will donate 0.5% of each price of qualifying purchases. You shop, Amazon gives!

Step 1: Go to: smile.amazon.com

Step 2: Log-in using your existing Amazon credentials (or create an account if you're new to Amazon).

Step 3: Type 'Environmental Investigation Agency' when prompted to Pick your own charitable organization then click 'Search'.

Step 4: Click 'Select' next to our name.

Step 5: Start shopping.
